These terms of use govern the relationship between the platform gzwork.sbs/princ (hereinafter: Service Provider) and the user of our cleaning and maintenance services (hereinafter: User).
The Service Provider offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces, including, but not limited to:
Regular and general cleaning.
Cleaning of apartments and holiday homes.
Specialized maintenance services.
Booking an appointment is done via the web form, email, or phone.
The user is obliged to provide access to the premises at the agreed time.
Cancellation of an appointment without a fee is possible no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. In the case of late cancellation, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge a portion of the costs.
All prices are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the condition of the premises and the specific requirements of the User.
The final price is confirmed after the scope of work has been assessed.
Payment is made by agreement: in cash after the service has been performed or by bank transfer.
The Service Provider guarantees high quality of the performed work.
Any complaints must be reported by the User immediately after the cleaning is completed or no later than within 24 hours. Subsequent complaints will not be considered.
The Service Provider holds liability insurance, but is not liable for damage caused by faulty installations or previously damaged surfaces in the User's premises.
The collection and processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes take effect upon publication on this website.
