DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">The Service Provider offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces, including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\">Regular and general cleaning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\">Cleaning of apartments and holiday homes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\">Specialized maintenance services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"11\"><strong>3. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\">Booking an appointment is done via the web form, email, or phone.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\">The user is obliged to provide access to the premises at the agreed time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\">Cancellation of an appointment without a fee is possible no later than <b data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"53\">24 hours<\/b> before the agreed time. In the case of late cancellation, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge a portion of the costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"13\"><strong>4. PRICES AND PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"14\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\">All prices are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the condition of the premises and the specific requirements of the User.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,1,0\">The final price is confirmed after the scope of work has been assessed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,2,0\">Payment is made by agreement: in cash after the service has been performed or by bank transfer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"15\"><strong>5. LIABILITY AND COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"16\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\">The Service Provider guarantees high quality of the performed work.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\">Any complaints must be reported by the User immediately after the cleaning is completed or no later than within <b data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"104\">24 hours<\/b>. Subsequent complaints will not be considered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,2,0\">The Service Provider holds liability insurance, but is not liable for damage caused by faulty installations or previously damaged surfaces in the User's premises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"17\"><strong>6. PRIVACY PROTECTION<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\">The collection and processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/princ-cist.hr\/en\/pravila-o-privatnosti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Privacy policy<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n<h6 data-path-to-node=\"19\"><strong>7.
